Your rating is a record of delivery, not a star average
Every consultant carries a rating per domain, built from what has actually been implemented and how it went afterwards. A generalist score would tell a client nothing; “has shipped four ERP integrations for wholesalers” tells them everything.
New domains start unrated. You raise them by delivering in them — the same route a trainee takes, only faster.

Per domain if you want. Ortuni adds its margin on top and shows the client one number.
No exclusivity
Your own clients stay yours. Take Ortuni work when it suits you and decline what doesn’t.
Paid on delivery, not on collection
Assessments are paid by the client up front; you invoice Ortuni, and chasing is our problem.
The client relationship is shared
You’re named in the report and in the portal. We don’t pretend the work was done by a logo.
