AI on its own gets you nowhere. Attached to a field you already know, it makes you rare.
Most people never start because nobody tells them where to begin. If you understand bookkeeping, logistics, recruitment, care, construction or claims, you are already holding the half that can’t be taught quickly. We teach the other half, then pay you to use it.

People with five years or more in a real trade or profession who want to bring AI into it — not people looking for a career change into tech. If you can explain how the work in your field actually gets done, including the parts nobody documents, you are exactly who our clients need in the room.
Four stages, and you can stop at any of them
Part-time throughout. There is no cohort to keep up with — you move when your work says you’re ready.
Approved on what you know
We onboard you for your existing expertise and a short conversation about it — not for what you can code.
Training, aimed at your field
Online modules on the tools that matter, plus exercises set in your own industry rather than a generic demo company.
A mentor who reviews your work
A working consultant looks at what you produce, tells you where it would have failed in front of a client, and grades it.
Paid tasks
Once you deliver reliably, real work at a trainee rate — supervised at first, then not.

Marked as a trainee, and honest about it
Your profile says trainee, and it stays that way until the work says otherwise. Clients see the grade, see the rate, and choose knowingly — which is why they’re willing to take you at all.
Graded on delivered work
Not on quizzes. Each task you complete is reviewed and scored by the consultant who supervised it.
A lower rate, plainly stated
You charge less than a rated consultant. Nobody is misled, and you build a record while you learn.
The route out of trainee status
Enough graded deliveries in a domain and you’re rated in it like any consultant — same log, same evidence.
Your field stays your edge
We route you to clients in the industry you came from. That’s where a trainee outperforms a generalist.
What people ask before applying
Does it cost anything?
No. We don’t sell courses — the training exists so we have people we can put in front of clients. The exchange is your time, and a lower rate on your first paid tasks.
Do I need to be able to code?
No. Most client work is configuring existing tools well and knowing which one to reach for. If you later want the deeper technical track, the mentoring goes there — but it isn’t the entry requirement.
How much time does it take?
A few hours a week, alongside your job. The material is on demand; the mentoring is scheduled with you.
Am I guaranteed paid work?
No, and anyone promising that is selling something. Tasks go to trainees who deliver reliably, in fields where we have client demand. We’ll tell you honestly how much demand there is in yours before you start.
Bring the field you already know.
Register free, and the portal walks you through a short intake about your background and what you want to build in your industry. We read every one.
If we don’t have client demand in your field yet, we say so rather than parking you on a waiting list.
